The Florida Gators have done something no other team in NCAA football history has accomplished, scoring points in 366 straight games to pass the previous record held by Michigan.
With a 25-yard field goal made by Eddy Pineiro, the Gators got on the board against LSU on Saturday.
This streak dates back to Oct. 29, 1988, when Auburn held the Gators to zero points in a 16-0 Florida defeat.
That is the longest streak by a long shot in the SEC, as Tennessee was shut out last weekend by Georgia for the first time since 1994. The second-longest streak in the SEC right now sits with Georgia, who has scored in every game since Sept. 30, 1995, when the Bulldogs were blanked by Alabama.
